    If you want to switch you will have to ask me.

    There will be a Mod(Kage) to every village.

    There will also be ranks from Academy Student to Special Jounin UNLESS kage decides to resign

    yep he is minato nd the konoha kage is already decided....i asked that first but he told me that it is busy so i conviced him to create the akatsuki Razz
